Progress on site
Early October brought another important stage in the construction of Strada Wybickiego – we poured the first section of the foundation slab.
On the next work sections, reinforcement work and preparation of the excavation base for the blinding concrete layer are under way. A tower crane now rises above the site and will stay with us for the coming months.
Construction keeps moving steadily forward!
SEPTEMBER 2026
Progress on site – reinforcing the foundation slab
In the first days of September we took a quick flight over the site – progress on reinforcing the foundation slab is now visible to the naked eye.
At the same time, installation of the under-slab services has begun, which will allow the necessary installations to be routed efficiently before the foundation slab is cast.
We will soon pour the first section of the slab, and the tower crane now in place will handle transport on site for the General Contractor.
AUGUST 2026

Did you know that there are plenty of places for rest and recreation right next to our development? This is where nature meets everyday convenience!
One of them is Krowoderski Park – a true green oasis for residents. You will find playgrounds for the youngest, outdoor gyms for the active and relaxation areas for those looking for a break from the bustle of the city.

Strada Wybickiego – construction progress
We are pleased to report that construction work at Strada Wybickiego is proceeding on schedule. The General Contractor is steadily carrying out the successive stages of the earthworks.
The first section of the excavation has already reached its target level, which allows work to move on to the next stage – laying the blinding concrete. This unreinforced layer of concrete levels and protects the ground, forming a base for the further foundation work.

Did you know that delivering a development does not rely solely on the detailed designs prepared by the lead design team?
With work this demanding, detailed method designs are also needed to set out how the specialist works will be carried out.
The design prepared by Aarsleff provides for around 300 running metres of excavation support using mixed technology.
It is during preparation and design that many key decisions are made, affecting the safety and smooth running of the entire project. And the numbers? Almost 300 running metres of support with an average depth of 12 metres below ground level – a scale that is truly impressive.

JUNE 2026
Did you know that our buildings will have as many as two underground levels?
To make an excavation like this possible and safe, specialist support is required. Together with Aarsleff, we are building a temporary strutted excavation support using recoverable Berlin wall technology, with a CFA pile wall in places.
This is one of those construction stages that remain invisible once the development is complete, yet are crucial to the safety and quality of the entire project.

With this post we are starting a series of updates that will keep you regularly informed about progress on site.
The first important milestone is behind us – we have completed the demolition work, preparing the site for the next stages of construction. We are currently working on the excavation support.
This is only the beginning. Many interesting stages lie ahead, and we will present them step by step.
We encourage you to follow our updates, and we invite future apartment owners to watch with us as their new home grows week by week – the place where they will soon be creating their everyday stories.

For over 20 years this place stood empty. Today that is changing.
In the 1980s, the GIGANT department store operated on Wybickiego Street – one of the first shopping centres in Kraków. In 2003 it was destroyed by fire. Since then the site has stood undeveloped. More than two decades of an empty lot in the heart of the city, waiting for a new chapter.
